At Atached, we focus on fast, safe, and transparent delivery so your shopping experience remains smooth and reliable. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

You will receive an SMS/Email confirmation once your order is placed and again when it is shipped.

2. Delivery Timeline

We offer quick pan-India delivery.

All orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note: Rare delays may occur due to weather, holidays, courier load, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on eligible prepaid orders (as per ongoing offers).

Standard shipping fees may apply on low-value or COD orders and will be shown during checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on most serviceable pincodes.

Certain pincodes require a ₹100 PPCOD (Partial Cash On Delivery) due to high RTO/return risk.

This ₹100 PPCOD charge is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, returns, or non-delivery from the customer side.

COD orders may require OTP or call verification before dispatch.

5. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, a tracking link will be shared via Email/SMS.

You can check the live status of your shipment anytime.

6. Packaging & Safety

We ensure every order is packed using secure, tamper-proof, and quality packing materials to keep your products safe during transit.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the order may return to us.

In such cases, PPCOD charges are not refundable.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Atached ships only within India.
