Return & Cancellation Policy – Atached
At Atached, we care about your shopping experience and strive to provide premium quality products with complete transparency. Please read our detailed Return & Cancellation Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return:
Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Product has major quality issues or missing parts.
Not Eligible for Return:
Product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Tags, labels, or original packaging are missing.
Minor color variations due to lighting/screen differences.
Items sold in clearance/sale categories.
Final approval is subject to quality inspection.
2. Return Window — 10 Days
A return request must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
Requests beyond 10 days will not be accepted.
3. How to Raise a Return Request
Customers can raise a return request through:

Fill the Return Request Form available on the Atached website.
Option 2: Email
Send details to support@atached.in
including:
Order ID
Product images
Reason for return
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
4. Return Pickup Process
Once approved, pickup will be arranged within 2–4 working days.
Product must be packed securely in its original condition, unused, and with tags intact.
Multiple failed pickup attempts due to customer unavailability may lead to cancellation of the return request.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after the returned item clears quality inspection.
Refund Modes:
Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method.
COD Orders: Refund via store credit/coupon only (no bank/cash refunds).
Refund Time: 5–7 business days post quality check.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
₹100 PPCOD charge (applicable on select pincodes) is strictly non-refundable in all scenarios—returns, cancellations, or non-delivery.
Shipping charges (if charged) are also non-refundable.
7. Exchange Policy
At present, Atached does not support direct exchanges.
You may return the item (if eligible) and place a fresh order.
8. Undelivered / RTO Orders
If the order returns to us due to:
Wrong/Incomplete address
Customer unavailability
Phone switched off/unreachable
Customer refusal to accept delivery
Then:
No refund will be provided for COD/PPCOD charges.
For prepaid orders, refund will be processed after deducting forward + return shipping charges.
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
PPCOD and any applied shipping charges are non-refundable.
If cancellation is requested after dispatch, the customer must accept delivery and then apply for a return (if eligible).
